Yoga and Zumba at Loma Alta Park

From a Meadows neighbor who found a great yoga class at Loma Alta Park. Here's her post:


I found this class by chance and have gone for the 4 past Wednesday eves. The class is usually only 3 or 4 people so I thought this might help get the word out. It's so convenient for the Meadows. Hopefully some neighbors will join in and have some fun. The instructors website is rosecitywellness.com.

Zumba Dance 7:00 – 8:00pm

SUNDAYS:
Zumba Dance 1:00 – 2:00pm
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga 2:15 – 3:15pm
